With Father's Day fast approaching, we've come up with our 5 favourite walks and cake stops around the Fal, so that this 21st June is a day for all the family to treasure together.
1. St Mawes to St Just

3. Veryan Circular
Tea Shop Stops – No need to stray off track for this extraordinary tea shop – a 16th Century Water Mill, Melinsey Mill blends rustic authenticity with real quality home baking and a warm welcome – a magical stop for Father's Day.
4. Portscatho Beach Stroll

5. Porthbeor Circular
Lastly – if you fancy some quality family time, grab some deli supplies from Café Chandlers in St Mawes and head over to St Anthony’s Head on the Place Ferry, using Fal River ferry links. On this 2 mile circular walk, you can stop off at Porthbeor Beach and celebrate Father’s Day in style with a picnic. Café Chandlers stock the essential picnic supplies including pastries, fresh juices, bottled local beers, charcuterie and cheese and last but not least – traditional Cornish pasties.
