About :: Established in 1468, the crossing became an essential link for the post service running between Falmouth and London; the 'post boys' were bringers of news and orders for ships. Regrettably the service ended in the 1950s. However with the help of our intrepid staff, many of whom are volunteers and of course you, our passengers, we can resurrect it.
