Just a few miles outside Truro, deep in the beautiful Roseland countryside, you’ll find the Kings Head in the tiny hamlet of Ruan Lanihorne.

At the head of the Fal Estuary and close to the magical Lamorran Woods this is a traditional Country Pub with a warm welcome, great beers and an imaginative menu.

Winter time sees us with roaring fires, beamed ceilings, friendly ambience and a comfy sofa, a choice of winter warming dishes to make you feel cosy with perhaps a glass of mulled wine. Summertime, in the late afternoon sunshine, or at a lunchtime on the terrace, under the trees with, a jug of pimms home1maybe and some patio heaters should it get cooler, maybe with a plate of Langoustines or Scallops that have been caught that afternoon.
