The Fal Mussel Card

The 'Fal Mussel Card' gives you unrestricted ‘hop on hop off’ travel on the Fal River Links network of ferries, buses and trains that criss cross the river (There is a bus and ferry departure point less than 100 yards from both our cottages).



For even more freedom try the ‘Fal Mussel Card PLUS’ which also includes unlimited access to the gardens, castles, attractions and museums that surround the river.

King Harry Cottage

Park the car in the drive and it's a level walk across the pretty patio to the front door. The airy lounge has a huge bay window giving wonderful views over the River Fal and is well equipped with flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and electric fire. The newly refurbished kitchen/diner has a range cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and all necessary electrical appliances. There is a chest freezer in the lobby. The bathroom has bath, electric shower, WC and basin.  The cottage also has broadband.

    

A short flight of stairs takes you down to three bedrooms. A twin bedded room, one with bunk beds and the large master bedroom with large comfortable king size bed and flat screen TV.

    

The cottage is well furnished with new leather sofas and coordinating furnishing.

Outside is a sunny patio with garden furniture, perfect for BBQ's or drinks, with superb views together with a new south facing log cabin style summerhouse overlooking the river.  Cot, highchair and stairgate are available.

    

Prices include bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electricity, telephone, wi-fi and VAT.

Please note guests in our two cottages also have free use of our motor boat to explore the river and its numerous creeks.
