The Fal Mussel Card

The 'Fal Mussel Card' gives you unrestricted ‘hop on hop off’ travel on the Fal River Links network of ferries, buses and trains that criss cross the river.

(There is a bus and ferry departure point less than 100 yards from both our cottages).

The Lookout Cottage

Set in woodland gardens overlooking the picturesque Fal Estuary and the historic King Harry Ferry, The Lookout is a comfortable, cosy home accommodating up to four people. The kitchen, dining area and main bedroom all share these views. 
Please note guests in our two cottages have free use of our motor boat to explore the river and its numerous creeks.

    

Downstairs is a comfortable open plan sitting room/dining area, patio doors onto a pretty decked area and newly fitted kitchen. The lounge area has an electric fire, CD player, flat-screen TV and DVD.  The kitchen has a microwave, washer/dryer, electric cooker and fridge. The bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and basin. A short flight of stairs leads to two good sized bedrooms, one with double bed and the other being a twin room.

    

Outside you will find a large decked patio area overlooking the river set  in an attractive sloping garden with chairs, table and BBQ provided. Off road parking is available for two cars. Access to the cottage is by a flight of steps and unsuitable for wheelchair users.

    

This property uses oil fired central heating and is fully double-glazed. Prices include: bed linen, kitchen towels (not beach towels), electricity, telephone, wi-fi and VAT. Cot and highchair also available. Dogs welcome!
