Falmouth Writers to host novelists of the future at the St Michael's Hotel

From 20 February

Two Falmouth based writers are inviting creative writers to join them on an immersive writing retreat at the St Michael's Hotel & Spa, Falmouth.

This weekend is led by novelist Emily Barr, the author of thirteen published novels, and Craig Green, who has many years’ experience as a successful professional writer, and many insights to share.

Both will be on hand to encourage, push and advise.

Craig Green said, "If you have always wanted to write, if you have a book in your head but can’t seem to get going with it, then this is the workshop for you. Whether you want to write a novel, a work of nonfiction, a screenplay or a vampire romance (you never know), this is the workshop for you.”

Emily Barr said, “There will be breakaway groups for experienced writers. We will work intensively, sharing work with each other and discussing problems and their solutions. You will leave feeling ready to write until you get to the magic words: 'The End’."

The workshop will take place in Falmouth, Cornwall, at the gorgeous St Michael's Hotel and Spa, which is located right on the Blue Flag Gyllyngvase beach. You will be treated to a fabulous lunch and Cornish cream tea plus use of the luxurious award-winning spa facilities.

The retreat will run on May 9th and 10th.
