Since then he has been busy running his own brasserie, but a recent chance encounter again has resulted in Tony joining forces with us here at the big house by the sea!) Snippets from our new house menu include Chicken liver parfait and onion jam, Cornish scallops and smoked haddock risotto, Rosevine fishcakes with aoli and lamb cutlets and rosemary carrots.
