We run the network of ferries that connect the Fal River, linking Falmouth, Truro, St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula.

The Fal Mussel Card

The Fal Mussel Card makes travel between Truro, Falmouth and the Roseland Peninsula easy, affordable and fun...and it’s all car-free!

Its perfect for families or couples on holiday and includes unlimited travel by ferry, train or bus for as little as £7 a day when you buy a six day card. It also includes free all day parking at our Park & Float service in Falmouth.

This award winning service includes classic ferries, scenic train rides and rural bus services, as well as miles of beautiful coastal walks and car free cycle paths that you can use to get around the river.

St Mawes Ferry

One of Cornwall’s iconic boat trips, the St Mawes Ferry makes the crossing from Falmouth harbour to St Mawes 364 days a year.

Route :: Falmouth (Prince of Wales Pier & Custom House Quay) - St Mawes
Runs :: 7 Days a week all year round

The 20 minute journey takes in the world-class scenery of the Carrick Roads which includes two historic castles and a wealth of marine life.

Enterprise Boats

The beautifully maintained Enterprise fleet sail regularly between Cornwall’s regional hub, Truro, and the ports of Falmouth or St Mawes harbour along the stunning banks of the Fal River.

Route :: Truro (Malpas) to Falmouth / St. Mawes, calling at Trelissick.

Runs :: Seasonal (Easter - October)

A trip on an Enterprise boat offers a great chance to relax while enjoying the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a stunning, unspoilt landscape.

Place Ferry

Crossing St Mawes Harbour and operating seven days a week, the Place ferry runs a regular service between St Mawes and Place Creek on the Roseland Peninsula.

Runs :: 7 Days a week (March 29 to November 4)
