House By The Beach is a very local business letting properties in Gorran Haven and the surrounding area - encompassing about 6 square miles!

All are different, most are in the heart of Gorran Haven and within easy reach of the two village beaches.

A couple of the houses are in Mevagissey - a busy little fishing village with shops restaurants, fishing trips and a ferry to Fowey.

All the houses are family friendly. A few are happy to take dogs.

Gorran Haven is a small village half way down the south coast of Cornwall, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with good beaches and fine walks.

This part of Cornwall has gentle rolling countryside, dramatic cliff and coastal scenery and unspoiled beaches. Well away from main roads and with the nearest town 12 miles distant, it is nicely off the beaten track.

Locally, there are good small shops, pubs and restaurants and the people living here are friendly.
