Our weeks run Friday to Friday apart from short winter breaks and the Christmas/New Year period.
Your booking will be held for five days and will be provisional until receipt of 40% deposit.
The full balance of the holiday cost is payable one month prior to holiday. (If booking within one month please send total amount).

Terms & Conditions
We shall hold your provisional reservation for 7 days. If we have not received your signed booking confirmation form with 40% deposit within 7 days, we regret that the reservation will be cancelled.
2. Final Payment
The full balance of the holiday cost and Cautionary Deposit must be paid at least one month prior to holiday. If booking within one month please send the total amount due. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the holiday, forfeiture of the deposit and payment of the full cancellation charges.
If it is necessary to cancel your booking, six weeks notice in writing is required. You may be liable for the full amount unless we are able to re-let the property. We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance.
4. Visitor Accommodation Limitation
Accommodation is limited to the number of persons for whom the booking is made and a maximum number of 6 persons in King Harry’s Cottage and 4 persons in The Lookout must not be exceeded.
5. Loss of Visitors Property
The King Harry Ferry Co Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings or for injury sustained by the visitor or members of his/her party during their stay.
Well-trained dogs (maximum 2) are welcome by prior arrangement but must be on a flea control programme and on the condition that they are not allowed on the furniture, especially the beds, or left unattended in the property at any time. All traces of dog’s presence must be removed before departure. Please provide your own bowls and bedding.
7. KHF Right of Entry
The agents of the King Harry Ferry Co Ltd reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time on reasonable cause.
8. Cautionary Deposit
The visitor undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures and effects clean and in good order and will be responsible for any breakages. The owner shall be entitled to deduct from the Cautionary Deposit the cost of remedying any breach of these obligations together with the cost of any service or goods provided including use of the boat during your stay. Breakages and damage should be reported as soon as possible. The whole amount or the balance after any deduction (as set out above) of the Cautionary Deposit will be refunded to you promptly by cheque following the end of the letting. If you do not cash the cheque (or ask us to re-issue it) or otherwise reclaim your deposit within 12 months of the end of your holiday we will have the right to cancel the cheque and levy a fee to cover the costs of permanently removing this liability from our accounting systems. The fee will be equal to the outstanding value of the Cautionary Deposit and as a result your right to claim this deposit back will be lost.
9. Internet Access
Due to conditions and circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to absolutely guarantee that internet access will be available during your stay. If this facility is important to you, please discuss when confirming your booking so we can do our best to ensure availability.
