Adjacent to the coast-to-coast cycle and walking trail, it is enjoying a renaissance under owners Hannah and John Calland.
Chef Alex, who trained at The Ivy, creates seriously good food, weaving together the best of local produce into an imaginative daily specials menu with a modern twist.
There are well-chosen wines and local beers to enjoy and the garden could be called Devoran’s best-kept secret.
