The new foodie destination for Cornwall, 15th century Smugglers cottage is considered one of the Fal River’s great beauty spots.
It's a haven for those exploring the river by sail, paddle, cycle or car.
Nestled below Tregothnan Estate’s private botanical gardens, you can see the only tea grown in the UK thriving on the opposite banks.
Enjoy a light-bite or cream tea in the contemporary Tea Bar or a relaxed lunch or evening meal using fresh local ingredients in the cottage. Watch river life unfold before you from the large outdoor seating area and elevated tea gardens.
Events will include barbeques, music nights, weekly Sunday roasts and a festive Jubilee tea party.
