On this creative one day farmhouse classic cookery course, George Pascoe (farmer’s son) will teach you a variety of different skills and dishes handed down to him by generations of fantastic farmhouse cooks.
Most of the recipes have been given a unique Next Generation Farmhouse Cookery tweak to bring them up to date.
The ingredients for most dishes being sourced from our farm he will show you how to get the most out of whatever local produce is available and in season.
You will also learn a number of useful recipes that you can recreate simply in your own home.
This is a hands on course where you will be cooking, sampling and tasting a number of different delicious farmhouse recipes. Lunch is include but is eaten during the day as the dishes are produced by you and your fellow students.
