A boat trip, show and the Festival closing ceremony all rolled into one.
Travel to Smuggler's Cottage on the banks of the Fal River by boat to enjoy a show like no other and the closing ceremony of the Truro & Penwith College Fal River Festival.
Go back in time with Kathleen Scott, wife of the legendary polar explorer Captain Robert Falcon Scott, for a female perspective on love and life at the turn of the 20th century.
After the show there'll be the closing ceremony of the Festival and a BBQ.
Jenny Coverack has successfully toured ‘A Father For My Son’ in venues from the Isles of Scilly to London - including a recent performance at the Scott Polar Research Institute, 100 years to the day that Scott was at the South Pole.
Come along to see this unique and passionate portrayal of Kathleen’s life.
Your ticket will include transport to and from Smugglers by boat from Falmouth and Trelissick pontoon.
Boats will be leaving from Falmouth at 6pm and Trelissick at 6.30pm. Your ticket also entitles you to a free BBQ or £5 off a main meal at Smugglers after the performance.
Drinks will be available to purchase from a fully licensed bar.
