Ever wanted to become a spy?
While the little ones are happily entertained, there are plenty of secrets for you to discover as you explore the wartime past of Cornwall's greatest fortress. Built by King Henry VIII to defend against possible attack by Spain and France, Pendennis has faced new enemies, right up to the Second World War throughout its 450-year history.
See a Tudor gun deck in action, relive the drama of an enemy attack on the WWII observation post, and descend through tunnels to the big guns of Half Moon Battery, before indulging in a Cornish cream tea in the newly refurbished tea room. In its superb coastal setting, Pendennis offers magnificent views of Falmouth and the Fal Estuary.
