Film on the Fal: The Perfect Storm

The Perfect Storm comes to the King Harry Ferry...

Returning for a fourth year, the King Harry Ferry will once again be transformed into a floating cinema as part of the Fal River Festival.

This is cinema in a setting like no other and offers a truly unique experience.

Brought to you by Event Cornwall and Skylight Cinema, this is your chance to enjoy classic films in the unique setting of the River Fal.

Come and enjoy this unique event as we take the ferry into the middle of the river in the fading light for a cinematic experience unlike any other.

The Perfect Storm (Cert - 12)

After returning to port with a poor catch, Captain Billy Tyne (Clooney) convinces the crew of the Andrea Gail to join him in one more fishing expedition. But the trip takes a fateful turn when a powerful storm catches the fisherman unaware and puts them in mortal danger.

All films start at 9.40pm and parking is available at Trelissick Gardens with access down the road to the Ferry.

The ferry will leave the Feock side at 9.20pm and the Roseland side at 9.30pm, so please be ready to board at this time.

Our screenings will go ahead whatever the weather so you will need to wrap up warm and dry, and bring your own seats!
