The RNLI Castle to Castle Swim is back for 2015 and is one of the highlights of the Fal River Festival.
The Castle to Castle Swim is a 1 mile Open Water Swim held in aid of the RNLI between Pendennis Point and St Mawes Castle.
The swim is a hugely popular annual event run by the RNLI in aid of their Lifeguards and is part of the Fal River Festival.
It takes place on Saturday, May 30 starting at midday to coincide with slack water.
This unique event involves a 1 mile Open Water Swim from Pendennis Point (Falmouth) across to St Mawes Castle.
The event has a maximum limit of 450 swimmers and is open to anyone over the age of 14. Participants should also be intermediate or experienced sea swimmers.
