The King Harry Ferry is transformed into a floating cinema and brings you the 2017 Oscar nominated film Sully

Brought to you by The King Harry Ferry and Skylight Cinema, this year’s Film on the Ferry brings you a truly unique screening of the blockbuster hit Sully: The untold story of the miracle on the Hudson River.

Come and enjoy this great film on a huge 8m x 12m inflatable screen, with light refreshments on board from the Thirstea Company.

On January 15, 2009, the engines of US Airways flight 1549 are disabled by bird strikes shortly after takeoff, forcing pilot Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger to land the plane in the Hudson River. Suspecting pilot error, the NTSB investigates the unconventional landing, compelling Sully to prove that his actions were justified.

The ferry will depart the Philleigh side at 9.30pm and the Trelissick side at 9.40pm, so please be ready to board at these times.


This is an outdoor performance so remember to wrap up warm and bring your own seat 

Free parking is available at Trelissick Garden with foot access down the road to the ferry.
