Cancelled due to poor weather forecast for Sunday.
The Great Cornish Welly Walk, to raise funds for the RNLI, takes place on Sunday, October 30 and is a key event in the Fal River Autumn Walking Festival.
The gentle five mile walk has great views of the Fal Estuary, Falmouth Bay, and the historic town of Falmouth and includes a number of places to stop for refreshments if required.
There’s a nominal entry fee, and we ask walkers to try and raise enough money to cover the £42 cost of a pair of RNLI Wellies for one of our lifeboat volunteers in Cornwall.
Wearing your own Wellies is optional but there will be prizes for the best wellies and nautical theme.
Bring your whole family and have fun! Dogs are welcome and water and treats will be provided for our four legged supporters.
