Course Overview
On this new full-day course, you will be taught how to make authentic and traditional North Indian dishes by cookery teachers, Jasmine Sharma and Ben Martin of the Maha Masala Spice Company.
Ben and Jasmine will share their skills and experience, teaching you how prepare delicious curries and other traditional Indian dishes from scratch helping you use spices with confidence and understand how Indian flavours interplay to create harmony on the plate.

Course Details
Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee.
The Day: It’s an action packed day with demonstrations and four practical sessions. All equipment is provided for you along with tea and coffee and a delicious Philleigh Way lunch.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
