The second step in bread baking - this hands on course is designed for the keen amateur bread baker. Students will make some classic but slightly more technical breads such as brioche, croissants, bagels, and middle Eastern flat breads all of which you will be able to take home at the end of the session. Lunch is included and will comprise of a selection of breads from around the globe together with various other delicacies prepared by our chefs.

Course overview

Bread baking courses designed for bread bakers with a little experience, George Pascoe will take you through a variety of breads from around the globe, leaving you with the skills and inspiration to wow your friends and family with some deliciously different bread.

On this hands on course you'll make some delicious and technically more challenging breads from the classic French croissant to the New York Bagel. Lunch is include and will comprise a a selection of breads with various other delicacies prepared by our chefs.
