Jams, Pickles and Preserves at Philleigh Way Cookery School

On this pickling and preserving course, specialist tutor Sarah Marsland of Cornish Meadow Preserves will take you through the skills necessary to produce a wide variety of different pickles and preserves.
This is a hands on course where you will be preparing, cooking and sampling a number of different types of pickles and jams.
The course includes five demonstrations and five practical sessions. All food and drink is provided including a glass of Prosecco mid-morning and wine with lunch.
