Seafood demonstrations at Rick Stein's in Falmouth

Paul Ripley cooks up a storm at Rick Stein's Seafood Bar.

Former Michelin-starred chef Paul Ripley, head chef of Rick Stein's Seafood Bar (above Rick Stein's Fish & Chips in Falmouth), will be hosting a series of seafood demonstration evenings in 2012.

The first of these demonstration evenings will be on Tuesday 24th January.

Join Paul for an evening of food and wine, celebrating quality local and seasonal produce.

Each informal evening begins at 6pm where you will be greeted with a glass of wine, then sit back and relax as you watch Paul Ripley demonstrate two dishes.

He will be sharing tips and techniques as well as his personal experiences and anecdotes from time working for the company.  

Rick Stein says: 'I'm really happy to have Paul back. There's nothing he doesn't know about cooking seafood. It'll be a joy to have him cooking and chatting to customers as he does.'
