Inspired by the discovery of a document listing buried pirate treasure nestled deep in the archives in Truro, come along to hear this tale of treasure and the infamous pirate it belonged to. Practise your swashbuckling skills, be trained as a pirate recruit and perfect your piratical prowess with Captain Jack!

Every Thursday throughout the school holidays, Douglas Dapper the Story Explorer takes you on a magical treasure hunt to discover an exciting collection of stories from around the world using exhibits and artefacts to inspire your imagination.
Douglas sets sail to uncover swashbuckling skulduggery and reveal the meaning behind “the skull and crossbones”.
*All activities FREE with Museum entrance ticket. One creative craft activity each day.
