The black tie event will be a night to remember with a Kir Royal and oyster reception, followed by a delicious 4 course dinner. As well as the Oyster Ball, St Michael's will be laying on an Oyster Festival Gourmet night on Thursday 15th October featuring a fabulous seafood orientated gourmet menu with wines selected to match every course. The Flying Fish Restaurant Manager Rebecca Jackson will be hosting the evening along with Brown Brothers wine expert Emma Burstall. The evening is sure to be an exciting tasting experience; tickets inclusive of all wines are £59 per head.
On the final day of the festival the ever popular ‘Sunday Lunch at The Flying Fish' will be even more enticing with the mellow sounds of the regions top Jazz Band's, Jumping Out.
