Synopsis (not to print)
The Wind in the Willows is a delightful musical tale of friendship between the creatures Toad, Ratty and Mole who live on the river bank which is a very pleasant place to live. Unfortunately on the Wild Wood side live the Weasels and Stoats - not very nice creatures, who want the river bank for themselves. They share the Wild Wood with very grumpy Mr Badger who spends most of his time getting Toad out of trouble.

Rat and Mole venture into the Wild Wood to find Mr Badger to ask him to help calm Toad, but they encounter the Weasels and Stoats instead. Toad, who is now obsessed by new forms of transport, cannot give up his addiction for new cars. After many incidents involving cars he is arrested and put into prison. He escapes through the help of the Jailer's daughter and her aunt, but finds Toad Hall has been taken over by the Weasels and Stoats who are having a great time throwing parties.

After a final attack on Toad Hall, Toad regains his home and peace reigns supreme in the Willows again.
