The Wind in the Willows returns to the Greenbank
from 16/09/2010 until 16/09/2010.
When Kenneth Grahame visited the Greenbank in 1907 he found inspiration from his boat trip from Fowey whilst passing the riverbanks, to begin the novel ‘The Wind in the Willows'
The Greenbank Hotel have invited Mr Nigel McMorris (Chairman of the Kenneth Grahame Society) to give a talk including readings and illustrations followed by a questions & answers session.
Also we shall have ‘Toad in the hole' on special @ £9.95 in our Harbourside Restaurant (booking advised) The talk is a free event and a must for all literature enthusiasts.
