A Cornish Christmas Treat

from 07/12/2009 until 07/12/2009.

On Monday 7th December from 5.30pm to 9.00pm The Lost Gardens of Heligan opens for a unique Late Night Christmas Shopping Experience.

Free Lantern Lit Tours will allow you to experience the magic of The Lost Gardens at night. The pathways, pools and glasshouses of Heligan's Northern Gardens will be beautifully lit for anyone wishing to take in a free tour, which will depart regularly from the Covered Area between 5.30pm and 7.30pm

A warm welcome awaits you in the Heligan Tearoom with carol singing and festive aromas filling the air and a log burner to complete the cosy, Christmas atmosphere. With seasonal refreshments and mulled wine from the award-winning Heligan Tearoom, carols from local choirs, and unique gift items to be browsed in the Shop, Heligan makes the perfect setting for celebrating the arrival of Christmas.

Situated in beautiful Cornish Countryside, where many of the goods available are produced, Heligan offers easy access to its relaxed and friendly shopping environment. Christmas treats from the Heligan Bakery including Christmas Puddings and Cakes will be on sale. The Heligan Shop stocks an extensive selection of quality gifts including children's toys, books and stationary, Cornish pottery, clothing, jewellery and unique Heligan timber products.

With free entry and free parking, everyone is invited to come and shop ‘til they drop or simply come and relax into the Christmas spirit with family and friends.
