Half price admission to Pendennis Castle

It's half price at Cornwall's greatest fortress this Saturday when the Olympic Torch comes to Falmouth.

There will be 50% off all admission charges at Pendennis Castle on Saturday, May 19.

The offer falls on the same day the Olympic Torch Relay passes through Falmouth.

A visit to Pendennis Castle, one of the finest of the fortresses built by Henry VIII, is always a great day out.

At the castle you'll fund a Discovery Centre with hands-on activities allows visitors of all ages to really get to grips with history and you can explore the restored Victorian and WWII defences complete with sounds and smells!

The everyday life of the garrison at Pendennis is brought to life in the War Shelter and the 20th century Barracks has an interactive exhibition for children and families to get hands-on with the story of the castle.

No voucher is necessary to get half price admission, you just have to turn up.
