Cornish Wild Food, St Just in Roseland, £25
On a Cornish Wild Food foraging lesson will aim to get you confident harvesting and cooking with at least a dozen different tasty wild edibles.
You will also learn the principles of sustainable foraging, safe harvesting, useful tools and the laws on gathering wild food. This walk will cover woodland, hedgerow, and some coastal foraging. Starting through St Just Churchyard with semi tropical gardens, and following the creek to a panoramic view of Carrick Roads.
The foraging walk will end with a small cook up using we have found for everyone to taste, and giving a chance to chat about cooking ideas and recipes. Wear sturdy footwear and dress for the weather. Feel free to bring a basket or bag for collecting, notepad, and camera.
