Celtic Party

7.30pm onwards Big Shout about this ’The Fal River Festivals Celtic Party!'

Bagas Degol, Annamaria Murphy & dancers will lead this celebration in an evening of music, song, stories & traditional dance.

Bagas Degol literally means ‘Feast Day Band' and musicians David Twomlow, Rick Williams and Dave Trahair are probably one of Cornwall's best known & most popular contemporary folk bands on the Celtic circuit. Together with writer & performer Annamaria Murphy, another Cornish legend, this evening promises to be a unique and atmospheric festival highlight for the Bank Holiday celebration.

Open to all, from saints to sinners, with hypnotic ceremonial pieces and rousing dance sets, this will be a perfect mix of story and music, a feast for the ears, soul and imagination. Skinners Bar open all night, come down and discover your Celtic roots.
