Come to Philleigh Way for a festive half day of Christmas wreath making, mulled wine, mince pies & lunch, whilst learning all the skills required to make & design your very own Christmas wreath to take home & enjoy. Food & drinks are included in the price together with all the equipment, materials & tuition.

Course details

Welcome: Meet your host and tutor, see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school & garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and a homemade mince pie.

Lou will demonstrate preparing your moss base, selecting and arranging materials from a wide variety of seasonal, twigs, foliage, herbs, berries and flowers. From hedgerow bounties to gems you may well have growing in your own garden, to unusual additions, such as cotton, beads and miniature reindeer for a unique & fun take on the Christmas wreath!
You'll then put what you've learned into practise by creating your very own Christmas wreath while enjoying a warming glass of Philleigh Way mulled wine.

When you've applied the finishing touches to your wreath the group will all come together for a festive lunch around the cookery school kitchen table.

Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees & members of the Philleigh Way team, before heading home to show off your creation. This is a guide to the day's activities & is by no means set in stone and will vary depending on the season as well as the group's interest.
