On this Cornwall inspired course Philleigh Way's very own Cornish chef George Pascoe will take you through an exciting cookery experience of all things truly Cornish, from dressing a crab to making the quintessential Cornish pasty (to granny's own recipe).
After completing the Cornwall in a Day course you will be truly equipped to recreate some "proper" Cornish delicacies for friends and family in your own home.

Course Details
Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and tasty Philleigh Way treat.
The Day: The course includes five demonstrations and three practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is provided including a glass of Prosecco mid-morning and wine with lunch. Students also enjoy a classic Cornish afternoon tea with jam, scones and home made clotted cream and a cup of Cornish Tregothnan tea.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team before heading home with a bag full of Cornish delicacies prepared by you during the day.. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group's interest.
