Keith Brooksbank, senior chef lecturer at Padstow Seafood School, is bringing a taste of Rick Stein’s famous recipes to Falmouth for an exclusive evening of fine food.

Keith will be talking diners through his exclusive 6-course menu and sharing tips and techniques as well as personal experiences and anecdotes from his time working for the company.
