Book a Table at the Greenbank to enjoy one of two recipes created by Sanjay Kumar, Greenbanks Head Chef or try them out at home.

Sanjay Kumar, Head Chef at the Greenbank Hotel has developed two special recipes as part of the Fal River Festival.

The two dishes "Tregothnan Tea Smoked Cornish Gurnard" and "Fal Bay Mussels Smokie Rarebit" will be served at the Greenbank's restaurant during the Fal River Festival and as a special treat, he has passed on the recipes so that you can try them at home!

To sample this dish for yourself book your table during the Fal River Festival 22nd - 29th May 2009.
