The King Harry Ferry is transformed into a floating cinema and brings you the James Bond classic: Thunderball

Brought to you by The King Harry Ferry and Skylight Cinema, this year’s Film on the Ferry is back with a license to thrill.  

Our Secret Agents will greet you at the ferry gates, before the ferry floats out to middle of the river for a truly unique screening of the James Bond classic on a 8m x 4m inflatable cinema AirScreen.


'Shaken, not stirred' refreshments will be available on board courtesy of Thirstea Company.

Your mission: Unleash your inner Bond or Bond-Girl by coming dressed to kill. 007 themed dress is encouraged but not compulsory and remember this is an outdoor event so wrap up warm as well as fabulously flawless.

Start time 10pm approx, running time 2h 10m

The ferry will depart the Philleigh side at 9.30pm and the Feock side at 9.40pm, so please be ready to board at these times.

Parking
Bond cars can be parked at Trelissick Garden with foot access down the road to the ferry. Please bring your own seat.


Thunderball

Led by one-eyed evil mastermind Emilio Largo (Adolfo Celi), the terrorist group SPECTRE hijacks two warheads from a NATO plane and threatens widespread nuclear destruction to extort 100 million pounds. The dashing Agent 007, James Bond (Sean Connery), is sent to recover the warheads from the heart of Largo's lair in the Bahamas, facing underwater attacks from sharks and men alike. He must also convince the enchanting Domino (Claudine Auger), Largo's mistress, to become a key ally.
