Fitness Walk from Mylor Bridge


A fitness class with a difference run by Kate Jackson and a great chance to get active during the Fal River Autumn Walking Festival.

The Walk 

An exercise class with a difference, fresh air, constant scenery change, great company. 

Fast paced, coast path terrain with 1 steep climb

Aim to boost cardiovascular fitness while enjoying the great views

What to bring

Walking shoes/ trainers, not wellingtons boots it may be muddy but this is more of a fitness class than a stroll. Comfortable, flexible shoes, ideally worn before to avoid blisters.

Water bottle, to carry by hand, in a small back pack or hip bag. A snack for after if you think you need it.

The walk is aimed at adults and is adaptable to all levels of fitness.
