Part of a Group? Bake a Cake!

On 3 September there will be a celebration of community cake baking and eating that represents the variety of groups and societies of Cornwall.
Individuals are invited to donate a cake they have baked on behalf of their group which will be presented as part of the exhibition with the group’s information alongside, with a free slice of any cake into the bargain!
Groups can be either formal or informal ranging from girl guides to a group of workmates. It is open to anyone who would like their group to be represented.

Free cake baking advice, tips and a basic free cake making pack will be available from Monday 17 to Friday 21 August and can be arranged by emailing lois_wild@hotmail.com or telephone 07757 628167. Cake baking lessons are also available by arrangement.

The Cake Celebration Exhibition opens for tasting on Thursday 3 September from 6pm to 9pm on the University College Falmouth’s Woodlane Campus on the first floor of the Lamorva building, and continues until 10 September.
All cake contributors, pictures and recipes will be included in a recipe book which will be collated following the event with everyone taking part receiving a free copy.
