Wednesday 10th December - Intermediate Bread at Philleigh Way. Cost: £110. Time: 10am - 4pm.

Bread baking courses designed for bread bakers with a little experience, George Pascoe will take you through a variety of breads from around the globe, leaving you with the skills and inspiration to wow your friends and family with some deliciously different bread.


On this hands on course you'll make some delicious and technically more challenging breads from the classic French croissant to the New York Bagel.  

Lunch is include and will comprise a a selection of breads with various other delicacies prepared by our chefs.

Tea and coffee and a tasty homemade Philleigh Way treat are provided upon arrival, as well as a delicious Philleigh Way lunch and drinks.
