Live Music on Flushing Quay

Live music on the Flushing Qauy.

An eclectic mix of instruments will come together for a musical feast on Flushing Quay for the 2012 Fal River Festival.

There will be live music on Flushing Quay featuring the ‘Klezbians' a newly formed 13 piece band who have recently performed at the Royal Albert Hall.

As many of the group have a love of Eastern European folk and gypsy music they have developed Klezmer, the musical tradition of the Ashkenazic Jews of Eastern European adding to it their own modern and youthful twist.

As a band there is a plethora of musical possibilities open to them due to the number of instruments they use, including a variety of guitars, "Pots ‘n' Pans", an accordion, drums, saxophones, a piano, trumpet, mandolin and a violin.

The evening will start with support acts at 20.00 with the Klezbians performing from approximately 21.00.

There will be a late evening ferry from Falmouth to Flushing.
