Volunteer lifeboat crews have been saving lives around the Cornish Coast for over 200 years.

Join Dave Nicoll for a fascinating talk on the work of the RNLI, taking you from Cornwall's first lifeboat in 1803 to the latest Tamar Lifeboat, which will go on station in 2012.

This illustrated lecture will include exhilarating footage from the latest state of the art cameras used by modern Lifeboats and Lifeguards.
