Mountain Beach Fitness retreats are collaborating with St Mawes Hotel to create a luxury health and fitness retreat.

This is an opportunity to escape your usual routine and dramatically transform your fitness, in the magnificent location of St Mawes and the Roseland.

The training explores the stunning natural environment and you will spend your day immersed in the elements. The St Mawes hotel provides the ultimate refuge  allowing you to recover in luxury after the days activities. The mini break is for residents only and includes an educational foraging lesson led by the head chef at The Idle Rocks hotel. The menu has been consciously designed using superb local fresh seasonal produce.


Led by experienced and professional personal trainers Lottie and Emma from Mountain Beach Fitness Retreats, the retreat’s guided innovative sessions are based around functional fitness, primal movement patterns and using the body as a whole – expect activities such as body weight circuits, guided hikes, trail running, HIIT, core conditioning with paddleboards, active recovery, assisted stretching and animal flow. Outdoor exercise is the perfect tonic for mind and body and you will finish the day with tired limbs, a healthy glow and most importantly smug satisfaction.

Training is aimed at all levels with Lottie and Emma providing a pre-arrival consultation to ensure your individual goals are met.
