Music & Poetry by the Water: Bach Pilgramage

Top violinist, Thomas Bowes, taking a break after leading the orchestra in the Bond movie “Skyfall” – is touring Cornwall playing the complete unaccompanied Bach music for violin in a series of concerts in remote and beautiful places raising money for local charities.

At St Just in Roseland church, one of the prettiest in the country on Sunday 3rd June at 15.30 he will be joined by local poets, Victoria Field, Charles Fox and writer about the Fal Philip Marsden who will read words to match the music of Bach and this special place. 

 

Traditional “Thunder and Lightning” refreshments will be served.
