Tapas at Philleigh Way Cookery School

At Philleigh Way we love nothing more than sharing food with friends and family. With many dishes easily prepared in advance, tapas is ideal to serve at a party, but are equally delicious as a complete lunch or supper with family or friends.
The course includes five demonstrations and four practical sessions. All food and drink is provided including a glass of Prosecco mid-morning and wine with lunch.
