On our Oyster masterclass, you will be taken deep into the world of the Oyster by Cornish born expert Katy Davidson.
Cornwall is home to some of the most famous oyster beds in the world from the historic sustainable native oyster beds in Falmouth to the award winning rock oysters from the Camel Estuary on the North Coast.
You will be given the ultimate hands on oyster shucking tuition on both native and rock oysters followed by taste education, comparison of the two species and different Cornish appellations, and the chance to learn how to cook oysters in a variety of ways. Katy's extensive knowledge will give you insight into the gastronomy, geography, history and culture of oysters.
