Our Favourite Veils and Headpieces

1 December 2017

We love nothing more than a beautiful headpiece or a dramatic veil. After all, you only really have one opportunity in your life to wear a veil, it seems a shame to give it a miss. But with so many beautiful options for headwear, we can see why people would opt for something alternative. We’ve featured some of our favourites when it comes to turning heads.

A Showstopping Veil

We have so much love for this beautiful chapel length veil by Catherine Deane. The Chelsea veil adds a touch of elegance and traditional glamour to the big day, turning you from a beauty to a bride. Crafted from super fine tulle, it’s subtle yet sensational, a traditional single layer tiered veil that is the perfect finishing touch.

A Unique Feather Headband

When it comes to pretty, handcrafted and utterly Cornish, we love Holly Young. We particularly love this beautiful number for something different to the usual bridal look. Hand made from beautiful natural feathers and adorned with glass beads, this is a glitzy, glamorous and uniquely gorgeous piece. Channel your inner Tiger Lily!

A Beautiful Headpiece

This stunning number is one of our favourites by Kelly Spence at The BridalHouse. The Midsummer Half Circlet is a stunning gilded number that will stop everyone in their tracks. With a hint of Grecian Goddess about it combined with a touch of Titania, it’s elegant yet enchanting.

A Fabulous Floral Crown

We do love a good floral crown and you can’t beat fresh seasonal flowers for making a statement. This beautiful creation from our recent bridal shoot was hand crafted by the talented Loulabel and it smelled as good as it looks!

A Bespoke Bridal Headpiece

You can always count on Roamer Rose to create something unusual and unique. This birdcage veil is incredibly special – created bespoke for the bride, it included lace from Paris as a nod to the Grooms Parisian heritage.
