EXISITING CUSTOMERS

What happens to my old credits?

If you had a Fal Mussel Card Local before the 12th January 2022 with a credit balance on, all of these credits will still be honoured at the rate paid for. Once you have run out of credits, you will then be required to top up with a cash value instead of credits and your usage will be used to calculate the price you pay for your journeys.

Why has the system changed?

Changing the Fal Mussel Card system is one of the steps we are taking to improve customer experience. Customers will now be able to fully manage their Fal Mussel Card online, see their usage and find out exactly how much each journey costs. Customers will also be able to block lost/stolen cards and won't lose out as they might have with the previous system (registered cards only).
