Broken Boat at Miss Peapod's

2 August

“Four exceptional young musicians working towards a unique vocal and musical blend, with remarkable songs and great presence”

Broken Boat started life as an acoustic duo composed of two university friends, song-writer Daniel Bahrami and multi-instrumentalist Brendan Kearney.

Following a record deal they moved to Hertfordshire together and recruited Jess Hart, playing just about everything, and Jerome Maree on drums.

In their time as a band Broken Boat have been compared to Bob Dylan, Bright Eyes, Simon and Garfunkel and many more. They have lit up hundreds of venues, folk clubs and festivals with their songs of love and loss and have now started taking their live shows into Europe. They have been awarded track of the week by BBC Introducing and have been featured on BBC Radio 2 several times by the great Bob Harris.

We are a 4 piece acoustic folk band based in St Albans, just outside London. To buy our latest EP, please head to our website www.brokenboat.co.uk or search 'Broken boat' in iTunes or Spotify...
