Recipe: Beetroot, Celeriac and Apple Salad

Reset with this nutritious and flavoursome beet salad recipe from the 2 AA rosettes award winning Brasserie on the Bay.
Beetroot, Celeriac and Apple Salad

Ingredients

10 beetroots

1 celeriac

The juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp of Horseradish sauce

2 cloves of garlic

4 apples

300ml of creme fresh

Dill

Salt & Pepper


Method


  • Peel and grate the beetroot, celeriac and apple.
  • Add the lemon juice, crème fraiche and finely chop the garlic and horseradish.
  • Garnish with salt and pepper to taste
  • Add the chopped dill to order
