Reset with this nutritious and flavoursome beet salad recipe from the 2 AA rosettes award winning Brasserie on the Bay.
Beetroot, Celeriac and Apple Salad
The juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp of Horseradish sauce
2 cloves of garlic
300ml of creme fresh
Salt & Pepper
- Peel and grate the beetroot, celeriac and apple.
- Add the lemon juice, crème fraiche and finely chop the garlic and horseradish.
- Garnish with salt and pepper to taste
- Add the chopped dill to order
